TY Smith, NP Launched in Valley Stream, NY

As a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, Tamara Smith was eager to help adults, so in 2024 she founded TY Smith NP which is an adult health clinic in Valley Stream,  New York. She, specializes in providing comprehensive care with a focus on geriatric population. She has worked in the area of geriatrics for almost a decade. She collaborates with other members of the care delivery team to develop a comprehensive plan of care to optimize patient outcome and quality of care.
